1. The 14-Day Ironclad Guarantee

We want you to wield your blade with absolute confidence. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • No Hassle: Simply contact us, and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Condition: The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition (no cutting usage marks on the blade).
  • Full Refund: Once inspected, we issue a full refund to your original payment method.

⚠️ Policy for Engraved / Personalized Items

Because engraving permanently alters the blade, creating a unique piece that cannot be resold, engraved items are NOT eligible for the standard 14-day return or refund unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

  • Proof Required: If you claim a defect on an engraved item, video proof is mandatory. We need to clearly see the issue to authorize any resolution.
  • Still Covered by The Vow: However, these items are still covered by The Shogun Vow (see below). Even if a standard return is not possible, we will not leave you stranded. If you are unhappy, contact us, and we guarantee we will find a solution that satisfies you.

If you encounter any issues with your ShogunBlade product, even after the 14-day period has passed (or if your item is engraved), please contact us immediately. We promise to work with you personally to find a satisfactory solution. Whether it is a repair, a replacement part, or store credit, we will take responsibility until you are satisfied.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Made to Order

At ShogunBlade, we believe in quality without compromise. To ensure every detail meets our standards, our blades are generally Made to Order.

This means your sword is hand-assembled, inspected, and prepared specifically for you before it leaves our hands.

  • Lead Time: Please allow 7-15 days for crafting and preparation.
  • Shipping Origin: Once ready, your order will be shipped directly from our headquarters in Westborough, MA.

Shipping Carriers

We trust the following carriers to deliver your sword safely:

  • USA (Domestic): UPS Ground / FedEx Home Delivery (2-5 Business Days after dispatch).
  • International: UPS Worldwide / SF Express International.

⚠️ Legal Compliance: Swords are regulated items. We handle all customs paperwork for our supported countries. However, please ensure you are legally allowed to own a sword in your specific locality before ordering.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your sword arrives damaged due to shipping, please take photos of the box and the item immediately and email us at support@shogunblade.com. We will arrange an immediate replacement at no cost to you.
